It was a very good night with the group of friends at The Olive. We had Amy Yew, Khor Lee Cheng,Jit Fu,Soo Har, Man Fu, Teck Thian,Sea Ping, Chok Thin, Foo Sang, Poh Lin, Rose,myself and of course Yoke Yun. Later we were joined by Brenda and Kay Keng. We had the whole of the the top floor to ourselves and had a hearty meal besides lots of laughter and pictures taking . I have up loaded some pictures for those keen to have a peek in to facebook .
So much we chat about during the good old school days , and obviously it did not go without the normal arguments which class we were in standard three .. was it A or G ? Looks as if we did not have sufficient time in English classes to distinguish between A to H ? But it was all taken in good stead.
We look forward to find these excuse to meet up and share our good times together. SO let us know what is cooking and we will join in ..
Mean while . I wish all to take care always..

Macan. This is all getting very complicated and too difficult to digest for an old retired man like me.. Pity me la.. I have been scratching my head bald since July to try to understand the jokes we left behind 32 years ago.. Difficult life la… But still trying hard .. dont want to disappoint these good old buddies…

I don’t know which bus, but whatever you may be trying to get on must be good.Remember in school we use to say ‘I oso (also) want”?So now you want I want (or is it you one I one?)
By the way how come the passenger is still on the bus after 32 years?The bus must be well designed and built sturdy to run for 32 yrs.The passenger must have staying power or sitting power.
On another note, our American sweetheart and a few of us are meeting up in Mimi’s place on the 28th.We expect to be there by 12 noon.From SS it is YY,Yen Keong, Sam and me. Dr Dana will join us there. Ipoh guys are Tom, Seng Yen,maybe Brenda and maybe also Fong Ah Meng.(No, no bus needed)
I am meeting YY on Thurs either at her place or my office.Hmm, wonder if she will find me attractive? Must cut my hair short and let my ears stand out like Obama.

Don’t bother too much on the bus. It’s the passenger. But it’s already history and cannot be repeated – no back to the past. Anyway, Barry has no regrets, right ! Then, let’s forget about it.
Moving fast forward, I will be meeting Brendda on Saturday morning and will fetch her to Mimi’s house as she is not familiar to Ipoh except the roads to a few temples only. Dr Thana (Tasan, it’s not Dana) will go there directly straight from her clinic in Kampar. Sen Yen & Ah Meng have their own arrangement and we’ll reach there at about 12.00 noon plus.
As Puteri has prepared plenty of Raya food for us, don’t take too much breakfast. She won’t be happy if you eat little little bit of Raya food only. So must “Sapu Semua ” like automatic vacuum cleaner ! Hahaha.
See you all there. Make sure you all dress smartly. The camera man is eveready ! Meow !

Pada suatu hari, sebuah bas kilang yang memuatkan pekerja wanita sahaja sedang menuju kilang kayu yang terletak jauh dari kawasan kampung. Dalam perjalanan tu..mereka terpaksa melalui kebun getah yang sangat luas..
Nak di jadikan cerita..ada seorang mamat kat tepi jalan menahan bas tersebut..nak mintak tumpang..jadi bas tu pun berhenti la… Tetiba..lebih kurang 6 orang perompak keluar nak merompak bas tersebut…

This is a surprise! A bad one ! So far we have two good friends who have left us this year! Goes out to say that all of you our there , Please Please take care of your health ! Use Your wealth to take care of your health and not the other way around.
There isnt much we can do when it comes to this kind of situation only to take it in positive stride that it is a timely reminder to cherish our friends and family, and most of all ourself .
To all my friends out there, find time to seek out to your friends and family , you will find this at most times more rewarding than Madonna’s Material World.

By the way , To those who have been trying to track down our dear friends whom we usually call …. (Cliff Richard’s ..the Smart Ones… err The Young Ones? ) I have manage to locate Lee Chong Meng (The Sungei Buloh smart boy! with the squirmish cheeky smile..he still carries that wierdo quirky smirk in the face) . He is now residing in USA but safe high up in the mountains of Denver Colorado… I thought the whole county of Colorado belonged to Lam Shee Hung..( John Denver’s god son!) Anyway our smart boy is happily married to a Singaporean with two girls and residing in USA since 1995. Maybe cannot understand him when we speak with all the Barrack accent> Better stick to emails and facebook. All these were efforts of Chee Yen Fong …God knows what she does… Ithink she is a professional photographer working for National Geographic…. Or at least she hopes so.. whatever… thanks so much for this and also Chee Kai contact.
That Creepy guy has not replied yet … maybe still spending too much time at the microscope or getting entangled with his DNA strands.all over////
